In 2006 Sunland Group Limited partnered with Emirates Investments Group (EIG) to form Emirates Sunland Group (ESG). ESG is a property development and project management group based in Dubai, UAE.Â
It is responsible for the design, development and ongoing operations of Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 – an eighty storey residential/ resort apartment tower, and is also the project manager of White Bay, a luxury waterfront development in Umm Al Quwain.
ESG will seek other development and project management business opportunities utilising the expertise of Sunland’s operations.
