Al Mansouri: New structure guarantees excellence and achieving ministry’s strategic objectives

The UAE Cabinet has approved the new organisational structure of the Ministry of Economy (MoE), which complements the ministry’s Strategic Plan 2008-10. The new structure comes in line with the ministry’s guidelines to update and strengthen its operational strategies to comply with the requirements of the coming phase.

His Excellency Engineer Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy, said the new organizational structure marks a turning point in the history of the Ministry as it comes in line with the requirements of the strategic plan and supports its efficient implementation.

He added that the new organisational structure reflects the MoE’s commitment to assure growth and achieve comprehensive development, which is a key pillar in the government’s policy for ushering in further socio-economic welfare.

Al Mansouri said: “The new structure reflects the change in administrative systems adopted by the Ministry, thus allowing more simplicity in job performance and projects, subsequently benefiting all levels of work. We are confident that the Ministry will establish a dynamic work culture that meets the fast-paced changes in economies globally.”

“The new structure comes in line with the directives of the MoE’s strategy, which focuses on leveraging partnership with stakeholders in the private and public sectors.
