Emaar Middle East, currently developing Jeddah Gate and Al Khobar Lakes in Saudi Arabia, hosted a delegation of 33 students and faculty members from the Architecture Department of Effat University on a tour of the Jeddah Gate development. The visit aimed to share Emaar’s knowledge and expertise in project management, construction techniques, and interior design with the students.
Emaar Middle East officials presented an overview of the various components of Jeddah Gate and explained the latest construction technologies being employed in developing the project as per schedule. The students and faculty interacted with the officials on the details of the project including interior design aspects.
Jeddah Gate project is spread over half a million sq m, and will feature 6,000 residential units, 230,000 sq m of office space and 75,000 sq m of gross leasable area for retailers.
