In yet another major milestone for the project, The Wave, Muscat is delighted to announce that the first three Title Deeds for properties at the project have been issued by the Ministry of Housing, Land Registry Department.
These Title Deeds provide evidence of ownership of the properties and the land upon which they are built, and allows expatriate owners to move forward and apply for Resident Visa’s for themselves and their relatives of first degree.
