The Dubai Community Development Authority is charged with bringing social development to the Emirate of Dubai. This new initiative is under the leadership of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Makoum, the Ruler of Dubai. Victor Pineda Foundation was able to provide an overview on best practices in Disability Policy and allow the team to get an inside view into unlocking the potential of young people with disabilities in the UAE.
