Asado is an Argentinean restaurant that serves traditional La Parilla cuisine, where traditional meat cuts are prepared on an open grill. Argentinean beverages and music evoke the feeling of a traditional Argentinean country house. Ewaan, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, offers both buffet and a la carte options. The restaurant offers a choice of Oriental cuisine and also serves a Friday brunch with free-flowing beverages. Ewaan also boasts a terrace lounge where one can enjoy traditional Arabic music and shisha by the poolside.
Thiptara, meaning ‘Magic at the Water,’ is The Palace – The Old Town’s signature Thai restaurant serving authentic Sukothai cuisine. The restaurant builds on its name with its waterfront al fresco dining out experience. The contemporary exterior of Thiptara is adorned with glowing torches that reflect on the Burj Dubai Lake and the views of The Dubai Fountain add to the overall experience. Inside, the ambience is distinctively Thai.
Adjacent to Thiptara, also offering views of the fountain is the hotel’s recently launched FAI lounge. FAI, meaning fire, offers guests an exceptional experience with signature beverages, great music and a vibrant atmosphere. With the tag-line “Encircled by water, Enlivened by fireâ€, a unique juxtaposition between fire and water is created, reflecting the lounge’s setting.
At the Lobby Lounge, guests can indulge in an exclusive experience selecting from premium beverages, teas and coffees in a truly palatial atmosphere. Everyday from 3pm to 6pm, afternoon tea is served in the Lobby Lounge with an exclusive colour coded selection of specialty teas by Dammann, which has since 1962 perpetuated the know-how in selecting, importing, tasting and creating new flavours with teas from around the world.
