The program is part of DED’s contribution to the nation’s Emiratisation and capacity-building goals.

The future leaders, selected from middle management, have been handpicked from the DED, the Export Development Corporation, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, the Dubai Shopping Festival Office and the Foreign Investment Office.

With four agencies now under the umbrella of DED, there has never been a better time or better opportunities for young and talented Emiratis to participate in the development of our economy.”
