Following a rigorous audit process over the last two months, Smartworld, a leading provider of advanced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) based services in the Middle East, today announced that it has been accredited with an ISO 9001:2008 certification. Conducted by Der Norske Veritas, (DNV), a globally recognized certification body, the Quality Management System certification was awarded to Smartworld for its strong commitment to ensuring high levels of quality and its customer centric approach. This accreditation will further facilitate Smartworld to leverage its expertise in the growing managed services market.
