To celebrate the fourth anniversary of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, accession, the Dubai Public Library, which is managed by the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, held various activities from January 3-5, 2010. This included painting workshops for children, decorating the public library buildings, reading excerpts from His Highness’s book (My Vision) and finally documentary films showing the development of Dubai.
