We believe in the next generation, which currently makes up the largest demographic in the UAE, and believe that it is our responsibility to provide them with opportunities that enhance their skills and become future leaders of tomorrow.”

ENOC has surpassed the government’s Emiratisation target with almost 80 percent of its Emirati workforce in leadership roles, and hires a large number of fresh graduates which comprise 13 percent of the total Emirati workforce.

The group has a Graduate Development Programme, open to all UAE nationals with a Bachelor’s and Higher-Degree diplomas which grooms Emirati fresh graduates to take up leadership roles within the organisation through carefully selected training programmes, on-site training and periodic evaluations.

Since the programme started in 2008, we have had more than 20 UAE nationals assigned to managerial positions across different departments and subsidiaries; currently the managing editor of our internal magazine, Insights, is a fresh graduate that was hired less than a year ago.  ”
