Like all carriers, Emirates is experiencing disruption to its flights as the volcanic ash cloud from Iceland continues to affect the UK and parts of Northern Europe.
Currently UK airspace is closed and no flights are able to operate to and from UK airports until clearance is received from the National Air Traffic Services. Customers travelling to Paris, Nice, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Moscow are advised to check the status of their flight on www.emirates.com where information is updated every five minutes.
Emirates customers affected by the disruption can cancel their booking or change their onward destination without charge. All re-issue and cancellation fees will be waived while the disruption is ongoing. Where necessary, our customers are being provided with hotel accommodation.
