The cloud of volcanic ash from Iceland continues to cause widespread disruption to flights to the UK and parts of Europe. As a result, a number of Emirates flights may be cancelled throughout the weekend. The very latest flight information is published every five minutes, 24 hours a day on www.emirates.com.
Emirates asks all its customers to check the status of their flight on the website before they leave and not to go to the airport if their flight has been cancelled.
As Emirates is receiving a very high volume of calls to its contact centres, customers are strongly advised to check www.emirates.com, where flight information can be viewed in real time.
Emirates is keeping its flying schedule under constant review and will aim to give customers as much notice as possible once more information is received from European Air Traffic Control authorities.
