Is Amazon ready to surprise us with new Kindle?

On Amazon.com the Kindle Wireless Reading Device is “temporarily out of stock” for the unbeatable price of $189. The latest version, Kindle DX , also is selling some twenty or twenty five cheaper than 2 months ago, when Apple launched the iPad.

Perhaps, now the availability of faster and cheaper chips can help Amazon to improve the Kindle‘s response time, which may result in the debut of the next generation Kindle.
