FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and the world’s largest express transportation company, was awarded the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business (MRM) Award for the Supply Chain & Logistics category at a ceremony held yesterday in the Madinat Jumeirah.
The awards, now in their fifth year, are an initiative by the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry to encourage excellent business practices and to contribute to the national development of the UAE.
As the world’s largest express transportation company, FedEx Express received the award after proving its commitment to service quality and reliability. FedEx last year also received the MRM Business Awards for the Supply Chain & Logistics and the Corporate Social Responsibility categories.
