Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for SME Development, an agency of Dubai Economic Department, have strengthened its cooperation framework with Singaporean companies during a delegation visit headed by Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO, Dubai SME, to Singapore and the Franchising and Licensing Association of Singapore.
The visit paved the way to identify commercial and investment opportunities in Dubai for Singaporean companies, as well as build effective relationships with the country’s small and medium enterprises and learn about the experiences of Singapore in driving forward the sector.
During the visit, Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for SME Development signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Franchising and Licensing Association of Singapore to promote investment opportunities in UAE specifically Dubai and leverage their strategic location of Dubai in stimulating growth in the Middle East

Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for SME Development will assist the Singaporean delegation during their visit to the UAE and Dubai, and provide all the support required to make their trips fruitful. Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for SME Development will also collaborate and work with the Singaporean companies to implement efficient strategies that meet their franchising objectives in Dubai.
A delegation representing FLA is expected to visit Dubai soon to oversee the level of cooperation in line with the MOU signed, and strengthen the partnership between the two organisations.
