The fourth Sharjah Used Book Festival ‘Treasure of Knowledge’, which drew about 40, 000 visitors, concluded here yesterday at Al Nakeel Garden.
The event was organised by the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services in partnership with the Sharjah Educational Zone, Juniors Centres, Sharjah Municipality, welfare societies, public and private schools, universities and the diplomatic missions.
Jihad Abdul Qadir, general coordinator of the festival said the huge turnout was an incentive to the volunteers who contributed to the success of the festival.
