Methaq Takaful Insurance Company will inaugurate two new branches in Al Ain and Jebel Ali Free Zone shortly.
The move is compatible with the company’s approach to reach to customers wherever they are, and especially in the prominent economic areas, and to provide them with innovative Takaful insurance services.
The new branches are located in Oud Al Toba Street in Al Ain’s downtown, and in Jafza View 18 in Jebel Ali Free Zone. They will both equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to facilitate procedures and help complete them easily and quickly.
The opening of the two new branches will bring the total number of the Methaq Takful’s branches to five branches operating in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Mirfa in Abu Dhabi’s Western Region, and the two new additions in Al Ain and Jebel Ali.
On this occasion, Mr. Khalil Ghneim, Methaq’s General Manager, reiterated the company’s keenness to reach to customers all over the UAE and to provide them with outstanding protection solutions according to the highest world standards, using the most advanced technologies.
He further stressed the importance of targeting the eminent economic areas, such as Jebel Ali Free Zone, the home of a large number of national and international companies that need to be provided with high level insurance and protection solutions.
Mr. Ghneim noted that Methaq’s future strategy includes opening of several branches in different cities and locations around the UAE, with a special emphasis on certain locations with high economic and business activities.
“Our comprehensive services,” he added, “cover customers’ needs and requirements, from vehicle insurance to shipping insurance, travel insurance, house insurance, Small and Medium Businesses insurance.. etc. Methaq has also launched the world’s first Space Takaful Program to cover the launch of two Yahsat satellites in collaboration with Yahsat Satellite Communications Company.”
Mr. Ghneim emphasized that Methaq Takaful is always eager to design protection solutions that respond to individual and corporate customers’ needs, and that there is an increasing demand on its services in the UAE.
It is worth to mention that Methaq Takaful Insurance Company has recently finalized the electronic link between its online platform and the Abu Dhabi E-Traffic services and Dubai’s Roads & Traffic Authority (RTA). The new online system allows completion of all necessary procedures and issuance of insurance policies easily and quickly, saving staff’s and customers’ time and effort.
