‘Mercedes-Benz Service Week’ at Emirates Motor Company (EMC), authorized Mercedes-Benz distributors in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, launched today with a party hosted by His Excellency Saeed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, Chairman of Al Fahim Group, and dignitaries from Daimler and Abu Dhabi Police including, Mr. Mike Belk, President & CEO of Daimler Middle East & Levant, Mr. Ivo Kapitzki, Vice President and Director of After Sales in Daimler Middle East & Levant (DMEL) and Lieutenant Hamed Mohammed Ali Al Boloushi from the Traffic Department, in Abu Dhabi.

The celebration atmosphere was enhanced with a cake-cutting ceremony followed by a tour of the many exhibits and attractions installed to keep customers both entertained and informed during the weeklong event.

“We are honored that the dignitaries could attend and support this important week,” praised Mr. Christopher Preston, CEO of Al Fahim Group’s Automotive Division. “EMC is a keen supporter of road safety and partnering with Abu Dhabi Police is an integration of our support for all efforts to make Abu Dhabi’s roads safer. We hold this event every year as a way of saying thank you to our loyal customers and also to ensure they have safe and reliable motoring.”

This event is much larger than previous years and offers a number of added attractions.
Customers will also enjoy a wide range of value-added services and special discounts during the EMC Service Week.

As usual EMC had a “Flying Technician” from Daimler Germany, Mr. Swen Fricker, to cater to customers’ queries and vehicle check-ups.

In addition, Michelin tyres, will be present giving special discounted rates of 20%, including free fitting, supported by our Al Fahim Group’s member, Central Motors & Equipment.

Mercedes-Benz accessories boutique and Spare Parts division is also a part of the event providing a fantastic 45% discount on merchandise. Adding to the occasion, EMC Sales Department will provide customers with vehicle test drives and car evaluations.

EMC’s long-standing partners Mobil1, are providing discounted oil and advise while V-Kool will offer 20% discounts on window tinting. Alongside them, Prodent, paintless dent removal will also offer 20% discount, and Foil-a-Car will be giving a new offer of a 25% discount on all bookings for foiling done during the Service Week.

Special displays from Foil-a-Car include an SLS with aluminum-finish and a two-tone CL63, as well as the other suppliers, will provide a real exhibition feel to the unique air-conditioned drive-in reception area.

To ensure customers of the Service Week receive the best hospitality while their car is being serviced, a food and beverage corner has been setup. Customers will also have entry to the business lounge and PitStop Café.

This year’s service week truly reflects our efforts in road safety and pioneering results in delivering superior services,” stated Mr. Preston in his closing remarks.
