The Ministry of Interior signed an agreement with an international consultancy company on the secret shopper project, according to the official news agency WAM.
The deal was signed by Lt. General Saif Abdullah Al Sha’far, Undersecretary of the Ministry and the Executive Director of the Consultancy Company. The agreement aims to implement the secret shopper project in the sectors of the ministry to enhance level of performance in all different services provided by the ministry to customers.
Al Sha’far said the deal was signed upon the directives of H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, to achieve the objectives of the ministry regarding confidence of public in the services of the ministry.
