Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, announced it will showcase its extensive portfolio of commercial and residential properties during Cityscape Global 2011, one of the largest business-to-business property and real estate exhibitions in the region.
Cityscape Global is the most influential networking exhibition and conference for real estate markets in the Middle East, catering to the increasing demand for cross border and cross-continent investments. It is the 8th successive year that DPG has participated in the event, which will be held from 27-29 September, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
DPG’s stand, located in Hall-7, will feature the diverse portfolio of DPG communities that deliver a broad range of property solutions for different lifestyles. These include developments that offer prime villas and apartments, affordable residential options, skilled staff accommodations, and retail and office space in some of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Dubai.
DPG will also be showcasing its districts and destinations such as: The Walk, Business Bay as well as its extensive land portfolio.
Among the DPG communities showcased at Cityscape Global 2011 will be Shorooq Mirdif, a popular community for families, Ghoroob, an affordable residential development in the heart of Mirdif, Layan, a gated desert oasis, Al Khail Gate, a modern, strategically located community for skilled staff, and REMRAAM, a built to sell community that offers a tranquil lifestyle. Also featured on the DPG stand will be the Group’s Executive Towers and Vision Tower projects
In addition, DPG will highlight Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) a beachfront community with a blend of Mediterranean and Arabian architecture. Home to ‘The Walk’, Dubai’s most popular outdoor retail and dining destination, Jumeirah Beach Residence is conveniently located within Dubai Marina and close to Sheikh Zayed Road.
