Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry is putting the final touches on preparations for the 3rd Dubai Business Gala, which will be held on November 29, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, and Chairman of Dubai Airports.
The gala, held at the Madinat Jumeirah, is the premier meeting of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa region, attracting more than 1,000 business leaders, including prominent VIPs and heads of Dubai’s business groups and councils. This year it is sponsored by Emirates Airline.
The event aims to reflect the cultural diversity of Dubai’s business community, combined with Arab hospitality, worldwide entertainment and a sit-down gala dinner. It provides an exceptional opportunity for networking with a distinct target market of prominent guests including Dubai Chamber’s 25 sector-specific business groups and 40 country-specific business councils, member companies and stakeholders, as well as Dubai Government entities.
H.E. Hamad Buamim, Director General, Dubai Chamber, said previous rounds of Dubai Business Gala had succeeded in providing a unique platform for the business community to create a network of professional relationships and form new partnerships.
“The diversity of cultures and nationalities that make up Dubai are what sets the city apart from others internationally. The world’s best talent is attracted by Dubai’s thriving business community, which makes the emirate an ideal destination for global businesses as well as enhancing knowledge and competition locally,” said H.E. Buamim.
“Dubai Business Gala brings all this expertise together under one roof. It is the ideal platform to meet prominent leaders and representatives of the business community, discuss new business opportunities, and strengthen existing working relationships,” he said.
“It is also an excellent chance to meet representatives of Dubai Chamber’s business groups and councils, who play an important role in supporting Dubai’s private sector development, which in turn helps drive the emirate’s economic growth,” H.E. Buamim said.
