Whether that’s chicken, lamb, seafood or vegetables, there surely is no let down for the discerning palate – with a rich infusion of herbs, spices, special marinade and grilled to perfection.
Featured in the Kabab Festival are the likes of: Masalewali Murg Ki Champ – chicken hops in rustic marinade with fresh herbs and pounded red chilies; Kesari Aur Kali Mirch ka Murg Tikka – chicken marinated in saffron and spiced yoghurt with black pepper roasted in tandoor leaving a hint of melting saffron and fiery pepper taste; Raan e Sikandari – leg of baby lamb braised in an earthy marinade of yoghurt and exotic herbs, slow cooked in tandoor, served sizzling; Pomfret Mahi Gulnar – whole pomfret marinated in creamed hung yoghurt spiced with carom seeds; and, Tandoori Subz-E-Bahar – skewered broccoli, cottage cheese, baby corn, mushroom, red and yellow bell peppers grilled Indian-style.
