Many of Chef Pierre’s junior chefs that have demonstrated potential have grown within the company, working in several of his restaurants around the world, and this is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door.
“We’re looking for serious, hard-working would-be chefs to enter this competition, people who live and breathe food and share his passion for creating wonderfully unique dishes.”
Entrants must send their video clips to hayley.sturgess@ichdfc.ae before 5pm on Tuesday 17th January 2012.
