Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residences now operational

Expected to open in 2010, but delayed until 2012 for official oppening according to earlier media reports, the Kempinski Hotel Emerald Palace takes shape on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The five-star resort hotel set within grounds covering almost 100,000 square metres is located on the crescent. The two, seven-storey classically styled buildings are shaped like an European palace with Arabic details and situated within meticulously landscaped gardens.

Kempinski Hotel Emerald Palace will offer extremely large guest rooms exceeding 55 square metres, each with a balcony and/or terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Set within the same grounds, Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residences enjoys the same facilities and 200 exclusive residences. Homes range in size from 165 to 1,300 square metres and include two, three and four bedroom apartments, magnificent penthouses, gracious townhouses with private pools and gardens, and a number of grand villas.

At the Kempinski Palm Jumeirah Residences, residents and guests will are able to enjoy the personalised, deluxe services for which Kempinski is renowned. These include a dedicated concierge, free valet parking, and 24-hour housekeeping and room service. Amenities also include a children’s day care centre, business centre, state-of-the-art spa with indoor pool, high-tech gymnasium, several themed restaurants and bars, including a rooftop bar.
