Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets – a unique opportunity for the world architecture community
Dubai is known worldwide for its achievements in modern architecture. Consequently, one of the biggest property exhibition in the Middle East, Cityscape Global takes place in the city on annual basis, hosting also the most prestigious awards for architecture, the Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets. Every year the awards organizers invite talented visionaries and forward-looking leaders from all over the world to show off their projects.
The Cityscape Awards offer architects and real estate developers the amazing opportunity to enter the competition and present their latest and most innovative ideas and designs. The contest welcomes everyone who has an ambitious project and vision. There are no restrictions!
The Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets give the unique chance to investors, developers and architects to connect, communicate and join their forces. An international panel of experts will judge the competitors and choose the best among the best! Only the most initiative and innovative minds will be honored and awarded.
This year the grandiose event will open with a formal ceremony. Later, fun and entertainment take the stage, lead by an informal cocktail party. Guests will have plenty of opportunities the meet and greet fellow architects and developers. The event will take place on 3 October at the luxurious Armani Hotel in Dubai.
The Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets are designed to encourage, promote and develop the work and talent of the industry’s innovators and achievers. The event is now open for submissions for this year’s show. Companies and firms from the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Latin America or Asia Pacific (excluding Australia, New Zealand and Japan) are welcome to join!
This year architects and developers can submit joint projects under 6 different categories. Judges will not rate separate aspects of the project, but their entire process of development. Everything will be taken into consideration. From design, planning and construction, to financial applicability and management.
Candidates can participate even if their project project is still incomplete or in a planning phase. Moreover, the lead architects of the projects won’t get all the ovations. Best project developers will also have the chance to shine and win their own award. So if you have what it takes, don’t hesitate! Participate!
