UAE’s he Ministerial Commission for Services (MCS) held a meeting in Abu Dhabi yesterday to discuss a draft law on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
The meeting, chaired by Justice Minister Dr Hadef bin Jawan Al Dhaheri, looked into the articles of draft law which is aimed at regulating registration and licensing of SMEs, reports the Emirates official news agency WAM.
Entrepreneurs and foreign investors looking forward to setting small and medium-sized enterprises in Abu Dhabi and in general in the United Arab Emirates could expect more favorable and flexible business setup conditions in the near-term future.
