Dubai is a global tourist destination where development process never ends
The development of tourism infrastructure in Dubai matches UAE’s growing position as an international tourist hub. The process of development in the emirate never stops and has no limits.
The fourth phase of Madinat Jumeirah expansions, which will cost AED 2.5 billion, was launched yesterday. The project’s announcement was made in the presence of many officials and government representatives of Dubai.
The new project, is said will face Burj Al Arab area in Jumeirah and includes a luxury five-star hotel, villas complex, restaurants and a commercial center featuring retail stores apart from an open walking area. The construction works will initiate on fast pace to speed up the project’s implementation so that it can be completed before the end of 2015.
The luxury five-star hotel in the project will have 420 rooms with sea views. The hotel will also feature a range of international restaurants and luxury amenities and facilities that match the location and size of the plan.
The group of villas and hotel apartments in the project will be run by Jumeirah Living, one of the subsidiaries of Jumeirah Group. The complex will host 45 luxury villas and hotel apartments which will have enhanced facilities and residential services and a number of restaurants, spa, business center and other amenities.
