Emaar Properties PJSC, the global property developer of iconic real estate assets, has announced further expansion to its established master-planned community, Arabian Ranches, starting with the launch of CASA, an architecturally stunning Moroccan style villa community offering an exclusive lifestyle within the integrated neighbourhood.

A haven of peace and tranquility, CASA will feature six types of Moroccan style three and four bedroom villas, as an extension of the Arabian Ranches gated community, one of the most sought-after lifestyle destinations in the city. A highlight of the new development is an advanced health club, a modern recreation centre with a wide range of leisure amenities, and an unprecedented choice of F&B outlets that will appeal to all tastes.

The launch of CASA and the expansion of Arabian Ranches is further testament to the positive growth of Dubai’s property sector, highlighted by Emaar recording sellout customer response to its three real estate launches earlier this year. It also underlines the buoyant market demand for homes in Dubai’s established premium communities.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director, Emaar Properties, said: “This has been a historic year for Emaar, as we reiterate our credentials in developing world-class real estate assets in Dubai, our home-market. The further enhancement of Arabian Ranches reflects our growth strategy to develop residential projects that add value to our stakeholders. It will lend further impetus to Dubai’s real estate sector and will be developed to the highest world-class standards that define Emaar’s master planned communities.”

Arabian Ranches celebrates the natural environment and delivers a lifestyle where residents can tee off at one of the most elite golf courses in the UAE, indulge in equestrian activities at the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, or simply enjoy dinner with friends on the terrace at the residents’ club.

The introduction of CASA is coupled with plans for further expansion of leisure and lifestyle facilities, which will benefit the Arabian Ranches community. Featuring immaculately landscape gardens, walkways and cycle trails, residents at the CASA villas can cherish a refreshing lifestyle experience.

Additionally, a large landscaped park, play areas and children’s recreation areas are envisaged in the extended Arabian Ranches master plan. A new retail and community village centre is also planned to include a residents’ health and fitness club, mosque, schools, day care centre, grocery store and a range of dining options.

Sales of the Arabian Ranches CASA villas will be by pre-arranged appointment only at the launch on November 24, 2012. Interested buyers can only register for an appointment online at www.emaar.com from 10am on November 21, and timed appointments will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Emaar’s portfolio in Dubai includes Downtown Dubai, the flagship 500-acre development, described as ‘The Centre of Now,’ and featuring the iconic Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall in addition to residences and commercial offices. Other fully-established residential communities of Emaar include: Dubai Marina and Emirates Living – a cluster of residential projects including The Views, The Springs, The Lakes, Emirates Hills, Hattan Villas, The Meadows and The Greens. Several other developments are being planned by Emaar in Dubai including the premier Dubai Modern Art Museum & Opera House District in Downtown Dubai.
