Samsung has just introduced its smartphone Galaxy S4 and the world is already talking about its next smart device Galaxy Note 3. The latest news around the company is a mixture of confirmed and unofficial information. According to it, the next Galaxy Note will have a 5.9” unbreakable screen and it will be unveiled in September or October.

Until recently, there were various rumours on the phablet’s size. Now, however, one of the key parts suppliers of Samsung informed that the device will come with a 5.9” screen. Also, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is said to have a full HD 1080p display. The screen is reported to use a special and new-generation OLED technology that will make the phone practically unbreakable. Samsung is rumoured to replace the traditional glass screen with an organic plastic one which will be flexible. In addition, the new material is supposed to make the new Galaxy Note phablet lighter than ever.

Another Galaxy Note 3 news concerns the device’s date of unveiling. It comes from the same sources which offer two versions of the phablet’s introduction. The first one claims that Samsung will use IFA 2013 in Berlin to showcase the next Galaxy Note for the first time. If this is true, that should happen sometime between September 6th and 11th when the event will be held.

The other version of the story states that the South Korean company will organize a special October event for its new device. That actually will not be the first time in which the manufacturer has skipped big technology exhibitions to unveil a product separately. The last time that happened was with Samsung Galaxy S4.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note devices are one of the most popular devices on the smart technology market. The first model of the phablet was launched about two years ago. At first it received a mixed response because of its bigger size and S-Pen. However, later consumers found the phablet to be a versatile and powerful gadget. As a result, it started to enjoy a growing popularity. Today, Galaxy Note devises have sold more than 12 million units. Its successor Galaxy Note 2 also did well on the market scoring 3 million in sales for only four weeks.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3 is also expected to achieve big success among consumers. Judging by the numerous rumours on the device, that is very likely to happen.
