Apple announced it would host a Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) aimed at giving developers an in-depth look at the latest in iOS and OS X. During the event, developers can learn from and be inspired by more than 100 sessions led by Apple engineers, get help from Apple experts through an extensive set of hands-on labs, and connect with fellow developers from around the world, giving them the opportunity to create your best apps ever. WWDC 2013 will take place June 10-14, 2013 at Moscone West in San Francisco, California.
Attending Sessions
Content presented at WWDC is subject to the applicable Apple Developer Program agreements. Taking photographs, recording video, and engaging in any form of live blogging during WWDC sessions is expressly prohibited. All WWDC 2013 presentations are given in English only. Moscone West is handicap-accessible and ADA certified.
Student Scholarships
Apple also announced it will award a limited number of scholarships to student developers. The deadline to apply for a WWDC 2013 Student Scholarship is May 2, 2013 at 5 p.m. PDT.
Presentation Videos
Can’t make it to WWDC? Apple’s staff will posting videos of all sessions during the conference, so Registered Apple Developers can take advantage of great WWDC content.
Attending Special Events
People who want to participate, must be a WWDC ticket holders to attend the conference and special events — guests are not permitted. Attendees under 18 years of age cannot attend the WWDC Bash.
