A 600-meter long German Christmas bread was on sale yesterday at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. Although the price was quite steep, as most of the prices nowadays in Dubai, the German Christmas brad was tasty and a few people were buying slices or even halves. A slice was priced at 5 Dirhams, while half bread was offered for 50 Dirhams while a complete bread was 100 Dirhams.
It is not really a Christmas tradition to profit from festive treats, but the young people who were selling the bread said that part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
