Office365-FreeTrialMicrosoft’s Office 365 was recently named the company’s fastest growing business. But are you aware of the fact that the service is suitable not only for home users, but also for companies of all sizes? Before all, the tech giant’s main business is based on business software development.

Kurt DelBene, President of the Microsoft Office, says that the new Office 365 editions are suitable for both small and large companies and even for home users. He added that the cloud platform has many advantages that can benefit anyone’s working process. DelBene also explains that Office 365 for business is different and better than all other office software currently available on the market.

A big advantage of the suites is that the new Microsoft Office is a combination between cloud features and installed software programs. With the cloud features, consumers can synchronize all of their files and data across the different devices they use. The installed software, on the other hand, includes the productivity-enhancing programs like Excel, Outlook and Word that have become an essential part for any business activities.

Here are the three new versions of Office 365 aimed for business users and enterprises:

Microsoft Office 365 Small Business

Businesses that choose to invest in this edition of the service will enjoy simple file sharing, spam and malware protection, HD video conferencing, business-class email and many more. This subscription plan is suitable for small businesses that employ up to 25 people. The annual subscription for this version of Office 365 costs only $60 or $5 per user per month.

Office 365 Midsize Business

As you can understand from the name of the suite, Office 365 Midsize Business was created to meet the needs of midsized companies. In other words, businesses that employ between up to 300 people. It supports InfoPath, Access and Lync Online. Moreover, businesses that purchase this version of Office 365 will be able to use business-class email through Microsoft’s Outlook platform. Every user will receive 50GB of mailbox space and will have the option to send attachments of up to 25MB. To subscribe to Midsize Business, companies need to pay $15 per user per a month.

Office 365 Small Business Premium

The last business edition of Office 365 is developed for small companies in which work no more than 25 employees. The suite offers the well-known Office applications, website tools, email, a video conferencing feature in HD, as well as calendars. The price of the package is $150 per a year or $12.50 per user per month.

Enterprise Office 365 Plans

Not long ago, Microsoft also introduced three different enterprise plans for Office 365. Unlike subscriptions for small and medium business, these can be used by an unlimited number of users.

The first of them is Business-Class Email and it costs only $4 per user per month. As you can probably guess by the name of the subscription plan, it offers a business-class email, as well as  Active Directory integration.

The second enterprise-oriented plan is called Office 365 Enterprise E1. Its monthly price is $8 per user. It includes a business-class email, file sharing, online conferencing, Active Directory integration, Office Web Apps, as well as Enterprise social.

Last, but not least, is Office365 Enterprise E3. The special thing about it is that apart from everything else it also comes with desktop version of some of the most popular Office programs like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and OneNote. Its monthly cost per user is about $20.

Many businesses have already recognized the advantages of Office 365. If you still have not joined them, you can start now by selecting the subscription plan that best suits your company’s needs.
