It took Pastry Chef KP Manoharan 25 days and 30 kg of sugar to complete this ‘sweet’ work of art. An entry in the pastry category at Gulfood’s Salon Culinaire, “Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque of Abu Dhabi, UAE” is already a winner with show visitors who have been lining up for photos with Manoharan’s masterpiece.
