Platform allows jobseekers and employers to interact on the virtual exhibition
Monster Gulf has announced its next Virtual Job Fair for the Middle East, scheduled for 23rd-27th March 2014.
The VJF will see companies across sectors such as Manufacturing, Electronics, IT, Government and HR amongst others making it the right place to go to for both a graduate as well as an experienced jobseeker. The registration numbers are predicted to exceed 25000 this year.
The Monster VJF offers a unique experience allowing jobseekers to interact with potential recruiters both in the Middle East and internationally, the opportunity to enter a virtual exhibition and engage with companies seeking talent.
Monster VJF is a new, versatile, innovative and customized hiring solution using the world’s most advanced Monster technology to help companies Find Better. Participating employees benefit from increased brand awareness with minimal resource requirements in return for maximum exposure, with less costs and a higher return of investment. The mobile interaction platform provides several booth options to meet the needs of employees with the ability to use Skype or Chat to interview prospective candidates during the communication.

During 2013, over 16 companies participated in the Monster VJF receiving more than 110,000 visits and over 34,000 CVs collected. The platform which gives both professionals and full access to Monster’s job tools, received over 42,000 applications during the two fair’s held last year.
