Dubai Inn will be one of the first smart hospitality brands in the emirate. This means that it will provide a smart environment to its guest, which will combine good value with comfort and practicality. As a start, the hotels will be constructed on spots which are in close proximity to Dubai’s key leisure and business destinations. In addition, Dubai Inn hotels will be the only in the city that will offer a 24-hour store where visitors can purchase essential products and items. The first phase of the construction of the Dubai Inn hotels will be completed by the end of 2014. It is expected that the brand will open its first hotel, which is set in the Zabeel area, next year.
