Although not entirely completed, Business Bay is one of the largest and most promising projects in Dubai – it was designed for the sole purpose of providing the perfect location, infrastructure, modern ideas and technology geared towards business development. Constructed as a city within the city, Business Bay is a large commercial, residential and business cluster along the Dubai Creek where plenty of opportunities will be on offer in the coming years, despite that today looks more like a construction site.
Centrally located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, Business Bay is believed to become one day the centre for commerce and trade in the region. However, the area is still under development as you may see on this pictures. As a matter of fact, it is the area with the highest rate of residents relocation out of it due to lack of leisure and convenience facilities, and constant noise from the construction sites.
However, the area’s close proximity to Downtown Dubai, a few industrial areas makes Business Bay a perfect location for your office. Many companies already operate from Business Bay.
A few office buildings and residential developments are operational since a few years, while retail outlets and community spaces are yet to be developed. So, living in Business Bay will offer advantages rather in the near future than at present. Business Bay’s modern architecture appeals to everyone who set eyes on the future.
