Majid Al Futtaim’s five shopping malls in Dubai will be hosting unique Eid celebrations starting on the first day of Eid.
At Mall of the Emirates, shoppers have the incredible chance to ‘Spin the Globe’ and win a mystery dream holiday. City Centre Deira will host a ‘cat-ivating’ Cat Choir featuring two purring feline puppets with the ‘purr-fect’ rapport! With upbeat music and humour, the two mischievous cats entertain audiences five times daily, from 6 – 12 July, with their views about dinner, work, their owner Fat Bob and the world around them from within the confines of their dustbin homes.
At City Centre Mirdif, the exciting vocal performance, ‘VOCA People’ are set to entertain visitors with an out of this world experience. The unique ‘VOCA’ style music is created by using incredible accapella singing with the art of beat boxing in the background to create an incredible and original range of sounds. The performers will take to the stage five times daily from 6 – 12 July at 2PM, 4PM, 6PM, 8PM and 10PM.
For the first time, City Centre Al Shindagha and City Centre Me’aisem will launch unique Eid promotions offering mall guests Eidiyat prizes worth up to AED 1,500,000 in partnership with Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG). From 23 June until the third day of Eid, shoppers of participating retail stores will receive special tokens inviting them to enter ‘A Win at Every Spin’ competition set to take place on the first day of Eid al Fitr! Another first time experience will offer mall visitors at City Centre Me’aisem the unique chance to re-live the popular ‘Hello and Goodbye’ hit from the English rock-band, The Beatles, in a virtual karaoke setting. Featuring exclusive and mesmerizing moments, the show is sure to bring together old fans and new to revel in the novel experience.
