Dubai-based master developer Nakheel will launch a plethora of real estate projects at Cityscape Global, with new developments collectively worth AED4 billion taking centre stage at the world-famous property show.
Nakheel will unveil a luxury high-rise beachfront residential project on Palm Jumeirah; a residential, mall, hotel and health complex at Discovery Gardens; a unique collection of homes and leisure attractions at Jumeirah Park; a new hotel at Jumeirah Village Circle; and six marinas for a total of 614 boats and yachts at Deira Islands.

Palm Beach Residences is a brand new high-rise residential tower on the world-famous Palm Jumeirah.
Soaring 180 metres above the island, Palm Beach Residences features 250 top-end one, two and three bedroom apartments topped off by a 38th floor sky lounge with commanding views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.
With an emphasis on landscaping, greenery, health and well-being, the project features dramatic vertical landscaping and extensive grounds, with a host of sports, health and leisure facilities including a pool, gym, tennis courts and clubhouse. There are also retail and dining attractions.
Located on the eastern side of Palm Jumeirah’s trunk, Palm Beach Residences is the latest in a range of existing and upcoming Nakheel retail and leisure attractions on the island, including Golden Mile Galleria, Club Vista Mare, Al Ittihad Park, Nakheel Mall, The Palm Tower, Palm West Beach and The Pointe.
Construction is expected to begin in Q2 2018.
