Diverse workouts with Dubai’s best trainers and celebrity fitness personality Kayla Itsines
The Golden Mile Galleria, one of Nakheel Malls’ retail, entertainment and shopping destinations, on Palm Jumeirah is turning into a fitness hub with its ‘Fitness Festival’ filled with adrenaline-charged activities every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday starting from 16 October to 11 November.
The Fitness Festival, in support of Dubai Fitness Challenge, will provide a wide range of free fitness activities including yoga, circuit training, drum workout, kick-boxing, zumba, hip hop, high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions and Latino dance classes.
The highlight of Golden Mile Galleria’s Fitness Festival is the highly anticipated intensity workout conducted by acclaimed Australian fitness personality, Kayla Istines exclusively for her Dubai fans on 3 November at 5 pm.
The Australian personal trainer, who was named 2017 world’s top fitness influencer by Forbes Magazine, is widely regarded as one of the most influential trainers in the world and is known for her famous Bikini Body Guide (BBG) 28-minute workouts.
